Our designer products are handcrafted from 100% authentic materials. In some cases upcycled materials are used.

Shipping Policy

Your purchase matters! We will do our best to ship your order within fourteen business days (14). Timelines fluctuate based on order volume and holidays. Please understand that each item is made to order with love and care to detail.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We cannot provide exchanges and/or cancellations due to limited materials and exclusive colors and/or cuts.

Upon receiving our package you have 48 hours to express any concerns.

We offer and highly recommend shipping insurance for your order to protect your investment. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you did purchase shipping insurance, a claim must be filed AND approved for reimbursement.

In addition, if you need us to repair anything purchased from Dreams In The Making Co. we will be happy to assist you.
