Returns:

No Returns on Customized Items. Store credit will be issued on non-customized items (watch bands and leather goods). Please keep in mind, we sell hand-made items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Exchanges:

Exchanges will only be issued for items ordered with an incorrect size, depending on material availability. A store credit will be issued if the item is sold out.

Cancellations:

Any order that has not shipped may be canceled for a store credit within 24 hours of the order placed.

In addition, if you need us to repair anything purchased from Dreams In The Making Co. we will be happy to assist you.
